Richard Germaine is President and Owner of Joyful Life Christian Counseling Center in Vero Beach, Florida. He serves as a Licensed Christian Counselor and Life Coach who helps individuals, couples, and families pursue emotional and spiritual healing.

He is a Licensed Christian Counselor, Certified Temperament Therapist, Professional Clinical and Executive Member of the National Christian Counselors Association, and a Commissioned Minister of Counseling at Central Assembly of God in Vero Beach. Richard also holds a B.A. in Psychology from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York.
